What are the Difference between Site Civil Engineer and Civil Supervisor ?

Site Civil Engineers & Site Civil Supervisors are the 2 different designation / authorities in the field of construction. Site Civil Engineers have different Responsibilities than Site Civil Supervisor. Most of people are confusing between these 2 terms..

It is the part of site management team. Site Civil Engineer takes responsibility for security, safety of health & supervising materials and employee at site. He / she select or mark the boundary of site. Site Civil Engineer make sure designs are applied correctly & cooperate with main contractor, sub-contractors & Site Manager. the roles & responsibilities of a Site Engineer is not fix for every construction site.

12	Site Civil Engineer have responsibility to calculate the steel bars their shapes, dimension required to the structural member for example beam, slab, pile, foundation, column etc.	Civil Site Supervisor should deliver the steel bar to the site and also check the bar bender are ton the job.
